Account Setup and Configuration: The Printify account will be fully set up and configured, including connecting it to the client’s payment methods and online store. The client won’t need to be involved in any part of the setup process—everything will be handled for them.
Store Integration: The Printify account will be integrated with the client’s e-commerce platform, whether it’s Shopify, WooCommerce, or another online store. All technical aspects of integration will be managed, ensuring seamless product listings and order processing without the client needing to configure anything.
Product Listing Management: All product listings will be created, including writing product descriptions, setting prices, and uploading images. The client won’t need to manage or update any listings themselves.
Order Fulfillment Management: All orders will be automatically processed through Printify, including printing, packing, and shipping. The client won’t need to handle any aspect of order fulfillment, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
Inventory Management: Inventory levels will be monitored, and adjustments will be made to ensure products are always available for purchase. The client won’t need to worry about stock levels or managing inventory.
Branding and Marketing Materials: Custom-branded marketing materials, such as business cards, flyers, and promotional products, will be designed and printed. The client will receive professional marketing materials without needing to create or order them.
Product Quality Control: All products will be reviewed for quality before they are shipped to ensure they meet the client’s standards. Any issues will be addressed directly with Printify, and replacements will be handled as needed, without the client needing to intervene.
Pricing Strategy and Discounts: A pricing strategy will be developed and implemented, including setting competitive prices, offering discounts, and managing promotions. The client won’t need to handle or adjust pricing themselves.
Customer Support Management: All customer support inquiries related to Printify products will be handled, including addressing issues with orders, managing returns, and providing customer service. The client won’t need to engage with customers regarding product-related issues.
Reporting and Analytics: Detailed reports on sales, revenue, and product performance will be generated using Printify’s analytics tools. The client will receive comprehensive insights into their merchandise business without needing to analyze the data themselves.
Print-on-Demand Management: The entire print-on-demand process will be managed, including coordinating with Printify for printing, handling custom orders, and managing production timelines. The client won’t need to oversee or manage any aspect of the print-on-demand process.
Custom Notifications and Alerts: Custom alerts and notifications will be set up to inform the client of important updates, such as low inventory or new orders. The client will stay informed without needing to monitor the platform.
Social Media Integration: Products will be integrated with the client’s social media profiles, enabling easy sharing and promotion. The client’s social media presence will be enhanced without needing to manually post or promote products.
Product Launch Coordination: All aspects of new product launches will be handled, including creating marketing campaigns, managing promotions, and coordinating with Printify for production. The client can launch new products without managing any of the logistics.
Training and Support: If needed, training sessions can be provided to the client’s team on how to use Printify effectively. However, all tasks can be managed entirely by the specialist, eliminating the need for the client to learn or use the platform.
Custom Product Collections: Custom product collections will be created, such as themed sets for open houses, client appreciation gifts, or branded merchandise for events. The client won’t need to design or organize these collections themselves.
Shipping and Logistics Management: All shipping and logistics will be managed, including selecting shipping options, tracking orders, and handling any shipping-related issues. The client won’t need to manage or track shipments.
Product and Vendor Selection: The best products and vendors will be selected from Printify’s network to ensure high-quality merchandise. The client won’t need to research or choose vendors themselves.
