Account Setup and Configuration: The Flodesk account will be fully set up and configured, including connecting it to the client’s CRM, website, and social media platforms. The client won’t need to be involved in any part of the setup process—everything will be handled for them.
Email List Management: All email lists will be created, segmented, and managed within Flodesk. This includes importing contacts, organizing them into relevant groups, and setting up tagging and automation rules. The client won’t need to manage their email lists or handle any contact organization.
Template Design and Customization: Custom email templates will be designed and personalized to match the client’s branding, including colors, logos, and fonts. The client’s emails will look professional and engaging without needing to design anything themselves.
Automated Email Workflows: Automated email workflows will be created and set up for various real estate processes, such as lead nurturing, client onboarding, follow-up sequences, and event invitations. The client won’t need to manually send or manage any emails—everything will be automated.
Newsletter Creation and Management: Regular newsletters will be created, scheduled, and sent to the client’s subscribers. This includes writing content, designing the layout, and ensuring that newsletters are sent at optimal times. The client won’t need to write or manage their newsletters.
Lead Capture and Integration: Lead capture forms will be designed and integrated with the client’s website and social media profiles. New leads will automatically be added to the appropriate email lists and workflows. The client won’t need to manually enter or manage leads.
Email Campaigns and Promotions: Email marketing campaigns, including special promotions, open house invitations, and property highlights, will be created and managed. The client’s campaigns will be fully handled from strategy to execution, with no effort required on their part.
Analytics and Reporting: Detailed reports on email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, will be generated using Flodesk’s analytics tools. The client will receive comprehensive insights into their email marketing efforts without needing to analyze the data themselves.
Custom Alerts and Notifications: Custom alerts and notifications will be set up to inform the client of important updates, such as new subscribers, high-performing emails, or campaign results. The client will stay informed without needing to monitor the platform.
Integration with Other Tools: Flodesk will be integrated with other tools and systems the client uses, such as their CRM, social media platforms, and transaction management software. All technical aspects of integration will be managed, ensuring seamless operation.
A/B Testing and Optimization: A/B testing will be conducted on email subject lines, content, and design to optimize performance and engagement. The client won’t need to experiment with or manage testing—everything will be optimized for them.
Contact Management and Segmentation: All contact management tasks, including updating contact details, tracking interactions, and segmenting lists for targeted communication, will be handled. The client won’t need to manage their contact database or segmentation.
Custom Forms and Landing Pages: Custom email sign-up forms and landing pages will be designed and integrated with the client’s website and social media profiles. The client will have professional, high-converting forms and pages without needing to create them.
Training and Support: If needed, training sessions can be provided to the client’s team on how to use Flodesk effectively. However, all tasks can be managed entirely by the specialist, eliminating the need for the client to learn or use the platform.
Event and Webinar Invitations: Email invitations for events, webinars, and open houses will be created, scheduled, and sent. Follow-up emails will also be managed to ensure high attendance and engagement. The client won’t need to manage any part of event communication.
Content Creation and Curation: Content for emails, including blog posts, market updates, and property highlights, will be created and curated. The client won’t need to write or source content—everything will be done for them.
Spam Compliance and Management: All emails will be monitored for spam compliance, ensuring they adhere to legal standards and avoid spam filters. The client won’t need to worry about compliance issues or manage any technical aspects.
Regular Updates and Maintenance: The Flodesk account and email campaigns will be regularly updated and maintained, including refreshing content, adjusting workflows, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The client won’t need to handle any ongoing maintenance tasks.
