Profile Management: The MLS profile will be managed, ensuring all information, including contact details, business information, and agent credentials, is accurate and up-to-date. The client won’t need to update or manage their profile.
Property Listing Management: All property listings will be created, uploaded, and managed on MLS, including writing property descriptions, uploading photos, setting prices, and ensuring all listings are compliant with MLS standards. The client will have fully managed, professional listings without needing to input anything.
Search and Filter Setup: Advanced property searches and filters will be set up and saved based on the client’s criteria. The client will have access to the most relevant listings without needing to perform the searches themselves.
Market Analysis and Reports: Comprehensive market analyses and reports will be generated using MLS data, including trends, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis. The client will receive detailed insights without needing to sift through data.
Client Report Generation: Custom client reports, including property summaries, neighborhood statistics, and market trends, will be created and delivered. The client can present these reports to their clients without having to create them.
Lead Management: Leads generated through MLS will be tracked, managed, and nurtured, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient lead conversion. The client will have a fully managed lead pipeline without needing to interact with the system.
Property Search for Clients: Property searches will be conducted on behalf of the client, providing them with curated lists of properties that match their clients’ needs. The client won’t need to perform any searches or research.
Compliance and Documentation: All listings will be checked for compliance with MLS rules and regulations, and necessary documentation will be managed. The client won’t need to worry about compliance issues or paperwork.
Integration with Other Platforms: MLS will be integrated with other tools and systems the client uses, such as CRM systems, marketing platforms, and transaction management software. All technical aspects of integration will be managed, ensuring seamless operation.
Marketing and Syndication: Property listings will be syndicated across various real estate platforms and marketed effectively to reach a wider audience. The client’s properties will receive maximum exposure without needing to handle marketing.
Client Communication and Updates: Regular updates and communications with the client’s own clients will be handled, including sending new listings, scheduling viewings, and providing market updates. The client won’t need to engage directly with their clients for routine communications.
Training and Support: If the client wishes, training sessions can be provided to their team on how to use MLS effectively. However, if preferred, all MLS-related tasks can be managed entirely by the specialist, eliminating the need for the client to learn or use the platform.
Data Backup and Security: Regular data backups will be performed, and security measures will be configured to protect sensitive information. The client can trust that their data is safe without needing to manage security protocols.
Regular Updates and Maintenance: The MLS account and listings will be regularly updated, including refreshing listings, updating prices, and adding new information. The client won’t need to manually update or maintain their MLS presence.
Custom Alerts and Notifications: Custom alerts and notifications will be set up to inform the client of important updates, such as new listings or changes in the market. These notifications will be tailored to their needs, ensuring they stay informed without needing to monitor the platform.

Client Presentation Preparation: All necessary materials and data for client presentations, including detailed property reports and market analyses, will be prepared. The client can present professional, comprehensive information to their clients without doing any of the prep work.
