Account Setup and Configuration: The Brivity account will be fully set up and configured, including connecting it to the client’s CRM, email, and other necessary systems. The client won’t need to be involved in any part of the setup process—everything will be handled for them.
Profile and Team Management: The client’s profile and their team’s profiles will be managed, ensuring all contact details, roles, and permissions are accurately configured. The client won’t need to update or manage any profiles.
Lead Capture and Management: All lead capture forms and landing pages will be set up and integrated with Brivity, ensuring that leads are automatically added to the system and properly categorized. Lead follow-up sequences will be managed, so the client won’t need to interact with or manage leads directly.
Custom Task and Workflow Automation: Custom workflows and task automation will be created to manage client follow-ups, property showings, and transaction processes. The client won’t need to create or manage tasks manually—everything will be automated.
Property Listing Management: Property listings will be created and managed within Brivity, including uploading photos, writing descriptions, setting prices, and syndicating listings across platforms. The client won’t need to enter or update listing information.
Transaction Coordination: All aspects of transaction management will be handled, including setting up transaction timelines, coordinating with all parties involved, and ensuring deadlines are met. The client won’t need to track or manage any part of the transaction process.
Marketing Campaign Management: Email marketing campaigns and property promotion will be created and managed through Brivity, including designing email templates, scheduling sends, and monitoring performance. The client won’t need to handle any aspect of their marketing campaigns.
Client Communication and Updates: All client communication, including sending updates, reminders, and notifications, will be managed through Brivity. The client won’t need to send emails or messages manually—everything will be automated and managed for them.
Reporting and Analytics: Detailed reports on lead activity, transaction progress, and marketing performance will be generated using Brivity’s analytics tools. The client will receive comprehensive insights without needing to analyze the data themselves.
Custom Alerts and Notifications: Custom alerts and notifications will be set up to inform the client of important updates, such as new leads, upcoming deadlines, or client activity. The client will stay informed without needing to monitor the platform.
Integration with Other Tools: Brivity will be integrated with other tools and systems the client uses, such as MLS, social media platforms, and email marketing software. All technical aspects of integration will be managed, ensuring seamless operation.
Lead Routing and Assignment: Leads will be automatically routed and assigned to the appropriate team members based on criteria such as location, budget, or property type. The client won’t need to manually distribute or assign leads.
Website Management and Updates: If the client’s website is integrated with Brivity, all content updates, new property listings, and other website management tasks will be handled. The client won’t need to update their website or manage content themselves.
Training and Support: If needed, training sessions can be provided to the client’s team on how to use Brivity effectively. However, all tasks can be managed entirely by the specialist, eliminating the need for the client to learn or use the platform.
Contact Management: All client and lead contacts will be organized and managed within Brivity, including updating contact details, tracking interactions, and segmenting contacts for targeted communication. The client won’t need to manage their contact database.
Event and Open House Management: All aspects of event and open house coordination will be handled, including scheduling, sending invitations, and following up with attendees. The client won’t need to manage any part of event planning or follow-up.
Document Storage and Management: All transaction documents, contracts, and client files will be securely stored and managed within Brivity. The client won’t need to manually organize or store documents.
