The client won’t need to be involved in any part of the setup process—everything will be handled for them.
Contact Importing and Management: All contacts will be imported into Mojo Dialer, organized into lists, and segmented according to the client’s needs. This includes updating contact details and managing any new leads. The client won’t need to manage their contact database.
Script Creation and Setup: Custom call scripts will be created and set up within Mojo Dialer, ensuring that every call is professional and aligned with the client’s messaging. The client won’t need to write or input any scripts themselves.
Automated Call Campaigns: Call campaigns will be created and automated, including setting up dialing schedules, assigning contacts to specific campaigns, and managing call follow-ups. The client won’t need to initiate or manage any call campaigns.
Lead Management and Follow-Up: All leads generated through Mojo Dialer will be tracked, managed, and followed up on, ensuring timely responses and maximizing conversion rates. The client won’t need to monitor or manage any leads.
Voicemail Drop Setup and Management: Pre-recorded voicemails will be created and set up for automatic drop during call campaigns, allowing the client to leave consistent, professional messages without needing to record or drop voicemails manually.
Integration with CRM and Email Systems: Mojo Dialer will be fully integrated with the client’s CRM, email, and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and communication tracking. The client won’t need to manage or troubleshoot integrations.
Real-Time Call Monitoring and Reporting: Call performance will be monitored in real-time, with detailed reports generated on key metrics such as call duration, connection rates, and outcomes. The client will receive insights without needing to analyze the data themselves.
Do Not Call (DNC) Compliance Management: DNC lists will be managed within Mojo Dialer to ensure compliance with regulations. The client won’t need to worry about legal compliance or managing DNC lists.
Custom Notifications and Alerts: Custom notifications and alerts will be set up to inform the client of important updates, such as new leads, completed call campaigns, or follow-up reminders. The client will stay informed without needing to monitor the platform.
Training and Support: If needed, training sessions can be provided to the client’s team on how to use Mojo Dialer effectively. However, all tasks can be managed entirely by the specialist, eliminating the need for the client to learn or use the platform.
Appointment Setting and Calendar Integration: Appointments can be set directly through Mojo Dialer, with automatic integration into the client’s calendar system. Follow-up emails and reminders will also be managed. The client won’t need to manually schedule or manage appointments.
Lead Nurturing Campaigns: Ongoing lead nurturing campaigns will be set up, including automated follow-up calls, emails, and reminders to keep leads engaged. The client won’t need to manually manage or follow up with leads over time.
Call Recording and Analysis: All calls will be recorded and stored, with analysis provided on call quality, script effectiveness, and overall performance. The client can review calls if needed but won’t need to manage recordings or analysis themselves.
Campaign Optimization: Ongoing optimization of call campaigns will be performed based on performance data, including refining scripts, adjusting dialing times, and improving lead segmentation. The client will benefit from optimized campaigns without needing to make adjustments.
Advanced Dialer Features Setup: Advanced features such as power dialing, multi-line dialing, and call distribution will be configured and managed to maximize efficiency and productivity. The client won’t need to configure or manage these features.
Follow-Up Sequences: Automated follow-up sequences, including calls, texts, and emails, will be created and managed to ensure consistent communication with prospects. The client won’t need to manually follow up with leads.
Reporting and Performance Tracking: Comprehensive performance reports will be generated, tracking the effectiveness of campaigns, conversion rates, and overall ROI. The client will receive detailed insights without needing to dig into the metrics.
Mobile Access and Configuration: Mojo Dialer will be configured for mobile use, allowing the client to make and manage calls on the go without any setup on their part. The mobile experience will be fully optimized.
